This is my third run with tren and im kind of in the middle of needing to bulk and cut. sitting at 11-12% bf and needing to add a little size also. what would be the best route for this cycle to get me below 10% and add a little meat a surplus in cals or a deficit. stumped on this one. started at 15% bf and the lower i go the more i want to bulk. lol. but i want my abs popping too.
