      tren. calorie surp. or def.

      This is my third run with tren and im kind of in the middle of needing to bulk and cut. sitting at 11-12% bf and needing to add a little size also. what would be the best route for this cycle to get me below 10% and add a little meat a surplus in cals or a deficit. stumped on this one. started at 15% bf and the lower i go the more i want to bulk. lol. but i want my abs popping too.

      I am in the same exact boat. Also On Tren as well as Test and Mast. Just posted about this a couple days ago. I also started around 15% and are probably close to you now. I'm a 5'8'' endomorph and can tell you that the calorie deficit is successful on loosing the lbs but I am not blowing up by any means. I am still getting stronger, harder, and a little bigger. But I am not blowing up. This is just my personal experience so far. I'm thinking about cutting the mast, upping the tren and test and upping my calories to bulk a little more because the fat should still come off over time. Goodluck.

      thanks cannon, i think im going to run 200 cals over for 12 weeks then work on a slow cut

      I think that's a good plan. One of things I love about Tren is I can bulk or cut. I've gone to over 300lbs on Tren E and cut to 275lbs on Tren A.

      caloric surplus but all clean calories. tuna, chicken, egg whites, plain oatmeal sweet potatoes water to drink. u will gain size and lose fat on tren. just keep ur diet really tight

      Tren is known for it's "feed efficiency" properties. It has the ability to increase the efficiency of the way your body uses calories. This enables you to add muscle even on a calorie deficit.

      Everyone is different but obviously when trying to lose fat you want to be in a slight deficit. However you want to lose weight on the most calories possible. But with tren I always recommend consuming a fair amount of carbs. Adding carbs to tren is like adding fuel to a fire. Due to my metabolism/body type it can almost feel like the more clean carbs I have on tren the leaner and fuller I become. I would eat very clean but keep a small amount of carbs with every meal... sweet potatoes, oats, rice and some fruit for example. Keep good fats in there but at a limited amount protein should be moderate. If you eat clean with a restricted diet and train hard on tren then fat loss should come easy.

      Eat all clean food but limit calories per meal to 500 and have a meal every 3 hours, 6 meals. That's 3,000 calories. You'll get shredded!!!
