      Tiromel T3 purpose

I have googled and read countless articles about this but I still have no idea what it is. It seems like it melts fat off your body from what I read like some wonder fat loss drug? Could anyone help clarify?

There are unfortunately no miracles... however T3 can help you along if you are already doing everything else right, diet, cardio, lifting, etc.
It is basically a synthetic version of what your body produces to drive your metabolism. So add more T3, you boost your metabolism, most noticeably your body heat. Unfortunately using certain doses (individual dependent of course) will dissolve more than just your stubborn fat, it will go after your muscle tissue, bones, even organ tissue at high doses. Then when you come off T3, it takes 10-14 days for your system to kick back in. During that time, your metabolism will be very slow, and you will almost certainly add a portion of that fat back on.
My suggestion (and It's NEVER what anyone wants to hear) is to focus more on the basics. I've seen some amazing transformations using discipline, nutrition, and cardio.

From your other posts here it is obvious that you posses a tremendous inner strength and a will that I envy. I think losing whatever fat you have in a natural way would give you a sense of pride and feeling of power. It certainly worked that way for me. If you look at the training section I have a few before and after pics up. That work gave me a new prospective and I am much better for it.

Hope this clears up some questions for you brother!

tiromel is the brand of t3 lol. T3 is simply a synthetic thyroid drug. Its definately not a miracle fat loss cure.

Also thyroid slowdown after coming off is highly overblown, if your eating a defict, you wont gain any rebound fat

I have used clen to try to lose a few lbs. I wasn't asking about t3 cause I wanted to use it. I was confused about all the hype on the net of it. I actually have 2 full bottles of clen in my safe. I am not a fan of clen the shakes get bad for me

Having use T3 many times I must agree with Thirsty. There have been times I lost more than needed and gained back what I have lost..

I wasn't considering using it sorry I just was confused cause internet makes it sounds so wonderful. I actually used to weigh 356 lbs.(yup used to have man boobs) lol... I worked at a desk job. Hated my gf but just didn't care about anything enough to even end that at the time being that fat I basically gave up on myself and life cause at the time I hated my life. Then I got sick and my brother and sister who are 13 and 11 years younger than me brought me to tears about possibility of me not being around for them to help them, protect them, teach them sports etc. that made me Immediately turn around Hit gym everyday ate better, quit drinking beer and soda. lost 92 lbs in 13 months. That was 11 years ago, I have been 265 lbs ever since. I would like to lose like 20 lbs more. It's literally just my stomach and some minor lovehandles I am having a hard time with.

Awesome work brother! That's an achievement that VERY few people have accomplished. You are almost there... just a couple diet tweaks and those last 20 will be gone for good.

That is a great achievement!! I know that when I was losing weight...I went from 300 to 210 in about 18 months that after a while the loss started to stop. I talked with some powerlifting friends who aren't always the greatest when it comes to getting weight loss advice from, but I will take help wherever I can get it. They told me to add in more fats...like an oz of almonds a day and not a burger or some crap. They were right...I was eating too little and sabotaging myself. I added in more calories, lifted with more intensity, and cut the cardio back a bit and went from that 210 to maintain right around 200 lbs since I wanted to compete at 198.

A lot of it now will probalby be tweaking to the diets and changing around your workouts. I'm trying to lose again myself after a few bulking cycles and injuries because I'm back up to 225. Back on the cardio, reducing calories, and tyring Clen for a third time...first two times I had to stop due to severe cramping, but I think I got that in check now with diet/vitamins.

I hope you get those pesky last lbs because I know how damn hard it can.

I been back n forth on giving it a try or not, after years of teaching my metabolism of what i want it to do i just not sure if it will mess it all up or not!

I think good diet, cardio can go pretty far. I wouldnt even attempt it unless i was in a position where i physically can not get any lower on my own. even then I am not sure if I want to.
