I know it's recommended just don't know when I should do it.

Looks like a pretty solid cycle! I have never ran var for 12 weeks though. Would like to try it. Seems interesting. Let us know how it goes for you my friend.
^^^ Thanks Bro. I've run tren before at higher doses and was lucky to not experience the bad sides other then the occasional and dreaded cough, but since my last blood work my cholesterol levels were off the charts and my Dr. basically said I was on the verge of either heart disease or a stroke or heart attack although everything else was good, liver kidneys etc. I can only attribute the high cholesterol to the amount of test I was running at the time (600-700mg/wk) my test levels came in at <1500. So for this run I was thinking of running lower test to keep my test at around 800-1000 and let the other compounds do their thing..

I saw you asked about donating blood. I'd recommend doing it as often as they will allow you. Your iron will get high the more compounds you use, anadrol puts mine through the roof. Alot of us men get high iron simply from our diet with lots of meat for protein. It will only slow down your work outs for that day and maybe the next. Plus you are helping save someones life.
Donate on a rest day from the gym and really re-hydrate and eat well and you will be ok to hit the gym when its your day to return.
