0.125 prami and feel like ratshit ..is this normal?

There seems to be a lot of different opinions when it comes to AIs, and the only real fact is each person with respond differently to different doses, of different drugs. The only real way to see what dose and drug combination is for you is thru blood work. That being said, if there are two drugs that help the same issue and one makes you sick at a low dose, try the other one, the last thing I would do is up the dose or continue using it. On test/tren/mast i generally use 12.5 aromasin ED and .5 caber twice a week. Works perfect for me, but my training partner can get by with my doses. As far as taking aromasin twice everyday, no, there is no reason for that.

Aromasin has a short half life. It's about 24 hrs or less . This is why you split up the dose twice daily. To keep constant stable levels. The standard dose is 25mg. This is why you divide the dose into 12.5mg twice ed! Arimidex has a half life of about 50hrs. This is why it is normally dosed eod. Remember 25mg asin is =to 1 mg adex. Is = to 2.5 mg letro. While running deca .I'd rather be safe then sorry. You can always back down your dose. But once gyno starts it's a bitch to get it under control and dial in your ai!!!. Also, if the prami is upsetting your stomach take it with food. Prami can be taken with or without food. This should help.please let me know if you try this and let us know if it helps.

.1mg prami before bed is manageable but taking prami in the day time is a rat shit recipe. Bahaha

I understand your feelings on this. I was skeptical the first time i heard this. But for some people the prami doesn't make them tired. As a matter of fact it keeps them up. I usually take my prami before bed. But there had been the occasion where the prami stuffed up my nose and made me restless. So I was told to do just what I'm telling you all. It did the trick and it worked. Once you go over that .5 you become much more sexual. But I like it that way. Also when dealing with 19-nors you can use letro. Also, maybe running winny .WilI help! I know when I run tren a I try and use var even winny. The var helps combat the sides of tren a. Don't know about deca.

Ok, I just had never heard of the need to dose Aromasin twice daily, even with reading what is under pharmacodynamics of the drug it states that one 25mg dose, reduced whole body aromatization. After a single dose of exemestane 25 mg, the maximal suppression of circulating estrogens occurred 2 to 3 days after dosing and persisted for 4 to 5 days. I guess I just thought twice daily was overkill. Maybe I've just been lucky to get by with 12.5 daily.

Cheers for all the feedback guys..greatly apreciated I couldnt stand to take it anymore so I dropped the prami and upped my aromasin to around 18mg ed and I dont know if I was being paranoid of deca dick but the problem has gone away for now....touch wood...see what I did there

...haha ..anyway I didnt include before I was on a 50 mg dbol kickstart either which stops in a week so might drop the dosage to 12.5 again
Im gonna have to source some caber im thinking..but damn that shit aint cheap any good research companies doing legit affordable cabre?

Yeah bud I tried taking it with food like you said then I tried taking it in the day both no good especially in the daytime...now that was a weird day..I think I just had to get my ai dialed in properly now im gtg

Sounds good and I'm glad to here your doing better. Prami just isn't for some people. Next time try caber! It doesn't give the side effects t like prami. Most people prefer caber and dosing is usually only twice a week.

Prami for GH release is outstanding, prior to bed is bad ass, sleep well, sleep through sides. I worked up to 3mg a night and results were amazing just hated the stuffy nose and I ramped up SLOW
