I like Tren for lean gains but it screws hard with my sleep. And with 6 kids--you need your rest bro.
Rest is key. I have 5 teens my self and 60+ hrs a week i get it its hard to get the right food at the right time and rest .... Wish you well and your wife and kids

I'm 41 and work a hectic schedule so my sleep is critical and tren is a real problem for that, so I can't include it anymore.
Im personally in the midst of a 16 week cycle for lean gains and it goes like this:
TestP (kick-start): 100mg EOD for two weeks
TestE: 625mg per week for 16 weeks
EQ: 500mg/week for 16 weeks
MastE: 500mg/week for LAST 8 weeks
ADEX as needed to deal with bloat (.25 as needed)
PCT is Clomid/Nolva
I'm 6'1 and just started week 10. Went from 206 to current 224.5.
I have probably run 15 cycles in my life but the last one was 3 years ago (had spine surgery in the middle).
tren is great but I just can't handle it.
Tren side si get are night sweats (well lets call them all day sweats) haha. Insomnia on and off. I don't get that tren rage. I have more of a euphoric feeling. Such a great mood. It is scary . Now once I'm pissed off .that's a different story . But tren doesn't cause me to flip or go into a rage on the drop of a dime.
Thanks txdude 316. Your right. But the food isn't the problem. It is the sleep. Sometimes I'm lucky to get 3 hrs a night. But what can I do. I'm not gonna give up, or quite all the extra I have to do to help my wife and kids. So , I just do it! I have to stay healthy to be there for my wife and kids. This disease is affecting my wife's every day life.in the past I would get discouraged because of the lack of sleep and hectic work schedule. Not any more. I just have to stay focused and determined. There are more important things I have to think about now. This is my way of life now. Nothing is gonna change that.
