      The reason I'm asking is I'm gonna run a lean bulk /recomp. Just wanna know everyone's opinion. I'm looking at 16+weeks.

      Yes sir! But I'm glad you mentioned it. Nutrition and timing is key.
      it doesn't matter what I take if I don't get the proper nutrition, and rest I need. I work a lot. Usually 80 +hrs a week. I have 6 kids so I need to work as much as I can. Last year we found out my wife has lupus. So I'm the sole provider .
      Oh by the way I'm 41 years old. Which doesn't mean a thing but wanted to throw it out there. I have a pretty good cycle in mind
      Which also includes . Tren a, mast, on the back half. With some var also.

      Replace the tren with npp imo, especially considering your hectic schedule. Not sure your experience, but when I'm on tren isolation is best.

      i hear people say that all the time but i will never understand. i have been blasting the fuckkk outta tren lol and the only sides i get is night sweats. i sweat like crazy but thats it. nothing mental. i work with 50 plus people and im fine.
