      I totally agree! Brother I change up my routine every time I train. Even subtle changes are good! If you dont want to change the motion change the weight and the reps or your periods of rest. you will find that if you train for the best pump and stop following a set routine you will develop faster. At least that is what works for me!

      I like to play around with the days and muscle groups every 12 weeks or so.

      After 12 weeks of monday being tris/shoulders I'd switch it to chest/bis on Monday.

      I dont get sore on cycle hardly ever. But I love doms at least i feel like I accomplished something.
