      DOMS

Is it normal for muscle soreness to be almost non existent while on cycle over the last few weeks it has all but been impossible to feel any thing from the previous work out ... This has been a good indicator for me to tell if what I did the previous day had worked in the past but on this cycle it been hard to tell I know I should hurt but nothing ? I guess I could go more but outside of twice a day I am pushing hard ... Is it just the gear ? This is my 4th run I don't remember having this trouble before and I want everything out of it I can get

      DOMS

Well sometimes thats an indicator you need to switch up your routine! If your an 8-12 rep trainer you may want to try 15-20. That should get you sore but you are also hyper recovery on gear which is what makes it so effective. Are you getting a good pump? I always train for the best pump and when I cant get it any more I know im done. Sometimes I dont get sore but I still grow. Also you can take a week off.

      Keep us posted!

Yes pump is good and work out feel good. I could not stay out for a week I would die !!! I did take 3 days off but my friends take a week off or more and come back better ... If I miss more than 2 days it's like I have to start back over I did change up when I went on that was 5 weeks ago and I only change up 2 times a year Maybe it is hyper recovery I have felt as good as I ever have on this run and lab work says its working I just had them done ... I tend to over think things I just know my self and with me if there's no pain there usually is no gains ...

I agree with Clark, It has been hard for me to change but when I see the results I have no problem at all changing my routine. And it helps me to look at new exercises and ones that I really need to work on.

Would you say that changing while on .... Then a change while off is not enough ??? What would you think. I know we are all different. But like every 12wks every 8wks ?? I do kinda change every work out with sets reps and I will throw in different isolation moves here and there but the core lifts always stay I use to wright out very detailed plans map out every rep and set .... Now I do have a plan some what (what muscle group) but i do what I feel is working that day and I know in my mind "this will hurt tomorrow " but lately that's not happening

Changing up parts of your routine can vary as much as you want it to change. You could change it every other day or every other week. It just depends on what YOU feel works.

doms means nothing, you shoulnt get doms ever after working out consistently for a few months because your body adapts. as long as your progressively overloading your fine

AAS lower cortisol levels so you won't get as sore which is awesome! If you are training hard and eating right then you will heal. How sore you get is no indication of how much you will grow. I take preworkout tadalafil/cialis because it too reduces post workout exercise induced muscle soreness.

^^ this! There are tons of studies that show post workout muscle soreness is NOT necessarily an indication of a good workout. In fact a few studies have shown the opposite in people who are in shape and routinely exercise
