low test and cycle

hi guys i was going to start my cycle next week , but i went to the docter and he told me that my testosterone is low free t=40 and total t = 220 now i wanted to get some feedback from u guys should i just start my cycle and proper pct then get cked once again or should i stick with the docter and do what he tells me and start cycle some other time thanks j im 6ft 215lbs 12%bf and 44years old

i would get on TRT first but you might have to do regular blood work for the first 6 months to see how you are responding. if you cant wait that long go ahead and start the cycle

I would not run a cycle until you get that squared away. The best you can hope for is to recover back to your already low levels.....if you're lucky. A cycle will most likely further damage your hpta. I'd look into getting a trt script before running a cycle.

When was your last cycle and how long were you off before blood work? If you used prior to test did you do pct and if so what? Provide a bit more info.

if you have been off awhile and that's your test levels then let doc give script for trt and stuck with it until the initial blood work is over then cycle higher does and time coming off when blood work comes up sku do not lose script
