Wanted to ask a question from the masters.
I had little over 2ml of TNE last night left in a bottle and took it before I went to a workout. I did some things I normally don't do. I used dumbells on shoulder presses put and an extra exercise in.
it was about 3/4ml more than I would normally use and I could feel the zinging in my head.
Is it safe to say that if I can spike my energy level with it that I was crashed waaaaaaaay the f out this morning when I tried to wake up it's because of it as well? I usually try to use 115ml prior this time I was closer to 250.
