      Cortisol suppression on/post

While estrogen is commonly discussed, how many people focus on suppressing cortisol either on cycle, maybe with drugs like cytadren, or post cycle with say Mirtazipine or Metyrapone, to maintain as much mass as possible? Has it been successful? Is this thinking or these specific drugs outdated?

No but I often think about purchasing natural supps that supposedly help lower it such as phosphatidylserine. I take plenty of vitamin c and try to keep it in check through nutrient timing but that's about it.

Have you been diagnosed with cortisol problems? If not, it's not something to go messing with at a whim, not that I'm saying you are.
