      cruise at 500 test a week for 52 weeks (1 year)?

      Ok brothers i wanted some of your opinions, i was reading on another forum about the possible complications/ benefits of running test at 500 for a full year. just wanted some of your input on this? pros? cons? neutral?

      I don't see the point to this to be honest. After about 12-16 weeks you're going to notice a noticeable decrease in gains. You'll need to change it up whether up or down or another compound. I trt personally. I've gone 20+ weeks blasting and unless I changed compounds or changed dosages gains would cease. This was with increasing protein intake.

      Im a firm believer of sticking to cruise blast. You'd be better off giving your system a short break and then smashing it again. But hey I'm not a scientist, nor do I know your genetics. Hell you could do it and grow like a mother fucker. Or you could do it and end up with permenant high blood pressure and plaque in your arteries from all that high ldl.

      Agreed cruising blasting and changing compounds will show better gains. If your training and nutrition are on spot you should not loose gains during the cruise

      1. 500mg/week is not a "cruise"
      2. Remember your body is adaptive....incredibly adaptive. After 8-10 weeks studies have shown your body can adapt to steroids and will start fighting to go back to homeostasis. I think if you are going to blast and cruise to switch compounds every 6 weeks and cruise every 12weeks for at least a month.

      Absolute rubbish. Your test levels are raised its not like they get used to it and go back down lol. It's called diet and adjusting intake to your growing bodies needs.

      no problems running a low dose like that constantly just get bloods.

      I have have gone longer than a year with out going below 500mg the majority of it about a gram of test

      As long as blood labs aren't out of range, I'd do the same. Wait! I do the same thing now.

      What is everyones experience with short versus long blasts. Like 6 to 8 weeks blast and cruise vs 12 to 14 weeks. Blasting and cruising for equal amounts of time.
