I've been out of the game for a while, just trying to get my eggs in order here for after my gyno surgery.
Training:
HIIT cardio, moderate weight high rep gylcogen depletion on low carb days
carb up on a rest day, followed by heavier weight / lower reps for some added mass hopefully.
Diet:
Carb cycling, got this down. 3.5 days low carb, 2.5 moderate carb, 1 carb up
moderate Healthy fats only
protein high
Cycle:
Going for a lean mass style cycle. Debating on how things turn out, I will either up the calories and food intake and
do a nice clean bulk or decide to turn the cycle into a strict cutter. I am happy with the muscle I have on my frame
now so we will see all how I react and with the work schedule.

1-need suggestions guys - I dont want to get shut down badly with tren, and I dont want to run a long acting steroid like primo.
I am thinking masteron, but if it is strictly to "harden" then that is a waste of my time. Primo is expensive and is long acting so I am
shying from primo as well. Any suggestions?
I also need suggestions on PCT, I know the facts guys, but new serms and stuff have came out of the past 5 yaers and I want to make sure
I recover properly. These are simple questions that take 2 second to answer so if anyone with experience can help me out I will be forever

i am 50/50. I am worried about the shut down, but at the same time more worried about inj my body with a drug like masteron and the benefits
are disappointing.
I hope you understand where I am coming from. I will post before and after pictures and blow you guys away because I have 5 years of pent up
dedication waiting to explode in the gym. Should I just keep it simple and run test prop/var and go balls to the wall?

Gyno wont be a issue, getting 95% of the gland removed this month FINALLY.
Baseball player/Sprinter build - would say my max weight i can hold without force feeding would be 180 14% semi-lean MAX naturally.
