So I'm currently using 50mcg of just t3, I am prepping for a show and the t3 is making it much easier to lose fat. I plan on adding in t4 to get the most out of my gh use. Now I'm planning on adding 100mcg t4.. so should I keep my t3 at 50mcg or lower it? I know too much can cause you to lose some muscle and I definately do not want this.. what do you guys think?
