New cycle in Sept.
I've been amassing gear, and plan to run a 20 week cycle.
ORALS:
1-5 D-bol 25mg ED
10-17 Winstrol 50mg ED
Injects:
Deca blend E3d 1ml for first 3 weeks , then back down to .5ml E3D with deca. 1-16weeks
Sustanon 250mg E3D Equipoise 250 E3D 1-20
How does this recomp cycle looke to yall, I'm a lolid 6+ and weigh in at 220.

I think it looks good on Paper .
If you have anymore Sustanon you could increase slightly to have more Test than Deca .
Only difference might be keeping Deca blend consistent weeks 1-20 .
I imagine Deca blend is 200mg .
As far as Winnie goes I think it depends on what you do for a career . Winnie kills my wrist , elbows and shoulders .

Do you have any stats that you'd like to share? Age, BF%, training/cycle history? 20 weeks is a pretty long cycle....are you planning on adding any HCG? Also, I saw no mention of an aromatase inhibitor or anything to combat PRL if it becomes an issue. Any PCT plan?
I don't want to come off as an a-hole....I'm just trying to help out to the fullest.

I agree with all of this plus your cycle really doesn't make sence. If your Deca is 200mg why would you run 400mg for the first 3 weeks then drop down to 200mg? 200mg is a therapeutic does used if you have joint issues. You'll see barely any results if any at all at that dose. 400mg-600mg is the sweet spot for Deca with most people. And since Deca is an EXTREMELY long enter if it's a 20 week cycle you want to stop the Deca about 4 weeks before you stop the testosterone. You're also not using enough EQ. EQ is a mild compound and needs to be run at at least 600mg/week but preferably 800mg. It also drastically increases your RBC so make sure you get them checked before and during your cycle to make sure they don't get to high. If they do then go donate blood RIGHT AWAY. Seriously - don't ignore that part. Your test dosage is fine. You DO NOT need to run test higher than Deca to prevent Deca dick. What You need to do is control your estrogen (with Aromasin preferably). I don't think there is any reason or need to take Winstrol at the end of this cycle.

That's a low dose of EQ, you might consider increasing it to 600mg+. I haven't used EQ, however, I've read countless posts on various forums in which people said that low dose EQ was essentially a waste, and that it begins to "shine" at 600mg+. It is a fairly mild compound, so don't be put off by higher numbers. Do some research on this approach, at least. Otherwise, your plan looks fine, but as the other guys said, you'd get better answers if you posted your goals and such.
