      Its finalized, updates to follow

      I never really keep logs because i am quite busy, but i do like to make a thread in throw in updates.
      Pictures have also become hard to take because I am covered in tats by a pretty well known artist
      in the USA and am posted quite often on the internet and with things like instagram it is quite easy
      to recognize someone who is covered in colorful ink.

      Anyway, I am having a 10k surgery and will be able to be back in the gym 3-5 weeks after the surgery
      which is mid JULY 15'.

      I tried to penny pinch and since I am going to be in calorie deficit I decided there is really no need to run
      crazy amounts or a ton of compounds. This will be my first cycle in a few years, so muscle memory should
      come smack me in the hiney

      What my dog will have ALL EGH:

      (1) Cut-stack blend 225mg/20ml
      (1) Test-Prop 100mg/20ml
      (2) Anavar 20mg/200 tabs
      (1) Clen 100mcg/30ml
      (1) Clomid 25mg/50 tabs
      (1) Nolva 30mg/30 tabs
      (2) HCG 5000iu/2amps

      SO, with that being said...

      • 0-2.5: Test-Prop 100mgml/EOD
      • 2.5-8.5: Cut-Stack - 75-Tren-A/75-Masteron-A/75-Test-PhenylProp blend 225mgml/EOD
      • 8.5-11: Test-Prop 100mgml/EOD
      • Anavar: 60 or 80mg for 7 or 9 weeks
      • Clen: 100mcg 10 days on / 10 days off


      HCG week 4+ Sub-Q: 250iu 2x/wk or 500iu/E5D adjusted accordingly

      Nolva -------------------Clomid

      Week 1 - 60mg/ED | Week 1 - 75mg/day
      Week 2 - 30mg/ED | Week 2 - 50mg/day
      Week 3 - 15mg/ED | Week 3 - 50mg/day
      Week 4 - 15mg/ED | Week 4 - 25mg/day



      Goals:
      Vascularity & Aesthetics

      Diet: Carb cycling, Ultimate diet 2.0 style modified to fit my work/life.

      Routine: High rep full body glycogen depletion style / then carbing up will include strength+more "mass" based days

      Cardio: HIIT style - Heart rate monitor (anyone know where to get a cheap ACCURATE one? - outside or on treadmill. 5-20 mins max per session

      Some may look at that cycle and say huh? wtf? but remember i just dropped 10k for a surgery
      so I decided I will get into the swing of things the first 2.5 weeks, then go balls to the wall with
      perfect diet and training while running the cut stack blend as well as adding in a high dosage of ANAVAR
      then most likely I will start to get burnt out towards the end so I will allow the tren/mast to leave my
      system and just be on some test-prop to finish her out. By this time I should be pleasantly surprised
      and very happy with the results and long as my gear is top notch because my diet and training certainly
      will be.

      Opinions on how to run the var? will have 200 - 20mg tabs.

      I heard running high doses blows running low doses out of the water. I rather run a high dose and get veiny and put on some solid meat then a low dose throughout.
      But again, that makes me think that the longer I run the var the more likely I am to do just that, put on the quality meat and get the vascularity to come through
      instead of blasting it in at a high dose and ending it right when it really gets going!

      was thinking the difference between 60 vs 80mg will be negligible, so might as well well run 60 for 9 weeks vs 80 for 7 weeks? or again, negliable... 9 weeks probably makes
      more sense i guess. opinions! ahhh thinking too much about it lol

      Plan to get blood work done mid cycle to see what my levels are at. I want to make sure if I am spending my hard earned money, my hard earned money is working properly for me.

      Now, ANAVAR suggestions? Also accurate CHEAP heart rate monitor? Thank you guys ...

      See how it's going at 60 and if results are what you want . I haven't ran Clen with Var before to make recommendations .
      If I was allowed to guess I would run 60 Var with Clen and 80 on 10 days off Clen

      Regarding the cut-stack blend... personally, I don't like blends of anything. Have you experimented with each component of the blend individually in the past? If not, it makes it hard to trouble shoot arising issues. I'd also make sure you have something on deck to combat PRL related side effects. Running two 19-nor compounds (tren & npp in your blend) can get kind of dicey for some people. I've never ran tren and clen together? I couldn't imagine running both of those and hitting some HIIT.

      I've always PCT'd with nolva at 40 40 20 20 and Clomid at 100 100 50 50. That's just me though. If your protocol works for you, rock on! Keep us posted. I'm sure some more vets will chip in soon!

      Check out ebay or craigslist and get yourself a good polar watch. I got a nice used one...it's like brand new for about $40

      The blend is trena/masta/testpp ... 19-nor and mast being dht. Would never run (2) 19-nors together. Should work nicely! I will check out the watch thanks.

      Also I have ran tren-a in the past which gave me sweats, feeling of overall bodyheat, loss of appetite, and insomnia but tolerable, would run it again (obviously)
      I am very excited to see what MAST can do for me, I just hope I am lean enough by the time I am going hard to see its effects. I cant picture what great results
      I will get with tren-a mixed with masteron and a high dose of VAR. WOOHOO!

      60mg var for 9 weeks
      OR
      80mg var for 7 weeks

      Tren-a/mast-a/t-prop will be ran for 6 weeks mid cycle as shown above, so debating on I would benefit from a serious blast of high doses of gear or whether I will get longer lasting/better fat burning at 9 weeks. I'm starting to believe since my goal is essentially to get ripped as hell, 9 weeks of cutting will yeild more fat loss than 7 right?

      So 60mg for 9 weeks it is...

      Really wish I wasn't an idiot and saw the 200/mgml phenylProp instead of 100mg prop. Dumb dumb dhmb dumb oversite
