Training recommendations
So for those of you not on trt... How do you train during PCT, and in between cycles?

During PCT I would lower weight and increase reps on a schedule so I don't get stressed about strength loss from coming off cycle . Use this time to build cardio and endurance . If your goal is to drop weight then your mind is less twisted .
The other scenario is if you used straight dumb bells on cycle to go with barbell for next 6 ~ 8 weeks . Or vice versa ?
Basiclly I know things change after the Blast so I just don't wanna replicate same routine and experience failure .
The mind is a muscle you don't wanna twist .
