Really bad pin
My last pin of the cycle and I have crippling pip this is the second day. Fuck I can't hardly walk. Sucks bad. This is the first time and hopefully will never happen again!!!!!!

Hello heating pad .
I recommend DMSO cream . Will be your new BFF .
Can use on any injection to help absorption .
Treadmill can help circulation and may break up the depot .

Well said great advice also 800 mg of ibu most important like dwbo said get on treadmill it helps greatley

Quad. That's where I always pin. Would get A little pain but this time is so bad I have had to walk with a cane, no kidding.
