After donation blood it would seem that you would have much less hormone in your blood....is this true, or not ?

I really doubt its enough to make any real difference. The entire point of gear being made with esters is so it isnt all dumped right into the body straight away. So receiving more hormone gradually all the time unless you are only on test suspension or tne.
