Each compound is different and each ester is different. For example - Anavar is an oral compound and it has its own time frame it works in and testosterone is an injectable compound but it dependent on the ester attached to it such as Propionate or Cypianate

Six weeks is no where near enough time brother. It can take 4-6 weeks for Test E to reach the desired levels in the body that you want them to be at. At 6 weeks Test E is at it's peak you don't want to stop then. You need to run it for at least 12 weeks or there is no point in doing it.

To answer your specific question....test enanthate is a longer ester, so you'll feel it come on more slowly, but likely won't feel the full effects until about two weeks in or longer....
