There are many etiological instances that can cause heart burn, dyspepsia or GERD. All of which produce similar symptoms. Regurgitation is a fairly common manifestation found will all of the aforementioned. It is often described as hot, bitter, or sour liquid coming into the throat or mouth. So is a warm uncomfortable feeling inthe midline hypochondral region. Hypersalivation (water brash) may also be reported. For starters, often when people cycle, they ingest a massive calorie surplus. This can overwhelm the stomach who’s pH may be too high or too low to properly breakdown the large food bolus. Other on-cycle causes can include: elevated progesterone, increased abdominal pressure (from rapidly addedweight), decreased lower esophageal sphincter pressure caused by certain foods and pH of stomach as a sequalae from the foods eaten.

Eat cleaner, maybe less, drink more water, perhaps milk or cottage cheese before bed (sometimes this causes an increase of stomach acidity though), use an AI, don’t lay down immediately after eating, avoid reflux-inducing foods (fatty or acidic foods).Use a few more pillows to elevate the head at night time. Next step would be antacids. Those are all alkaline and may hopefully offset/neutralize excessive acidity. Lastly, you may need a mild PPI (proton pump inhibitor). These limit the acidity in gastric contents by lowering H+ and H2 production/release in the stomach mucosa or parietal cells. Omeprazole is available as a prescription as well as an OTC preparation (Prilosec OTC) and in an immediate-release form (Zegerid).

Anyone else who knows anything about heart burn please feel free to jump in.

Yes, especially with orals. I have to take prilosec or nexium and it gets rid of it completely.

Orals and tren give it to me every time. Tren heart burn is the worst....downright debilitating. I don't take anything to counteract it...just kind of deal with it for the sake of gains lol. Avoid peanut butter....that does it BIG TIME for me.

On bulking cycles I do ever time I eat but it's because of the amount of food I had to get down hard to digest.

I get it horribly no matter what I use
