So Bulk from 1-12 then cut from 12 -22 is that what I am reading? 7-13 for the winny is throwing me off a bit.
Never tried that lol, Make sure you take your liver supps and get bloods brother. Live 52 and some Nac, maybe a vita pack of some sort.
If you run this I will be following.

looks awesome interested to hear what happens. never heard of someone doing a bulk cut in one cycle. my only concern is by the time the deca is really doing its thing you only have like 6 weeks to take advantage of it. the tren a will for sure kick your ass. killed my cardio though so for a cut be weary.

I havent really trained hard in about 9 months because of injured nerve which died out and stuck with trying to get bicep back which i am able to hammer curl 80's once now 4 months ago i couldnt do 40's. BF% is probably 15-16% right now i do very little cardio and diet has been shit this entire year but i dont eat fast food or drink sodas. wife cooks good my problem is stopping by the bakery

Glad to know you are back in the game bud! I think maybe cruise for another month or so, lean down a bit more get the body going hard in the gym and prime yourself for that cycle and you will see great gains!

Agree with this 100%. see what you can get back first before hitting it hard. you have had quite a while off.

This is how i look at things like this. it's the only way to look at it IMO, but in your case with your injury you may get back to your old 100% but if you don't try to think like this. your old 100% is gone!! it wont come back but you now have a new 100% and that's what you need to think of and work with. mentally it's still 100% only a new 100%. its worked often for me to help through injuries that were never going to be back to how they were. i hope it helps you embrace your new position, it doesn't have to be thought of as a worse position just different.
