sounds good guys. I'm still growing prob start cleaning up my diet around july for a contest in November
I'm trying to gain strength, I'm probably in a caloric surplus weekly, the scales moving. But my goals are to attain certain lifts....atm, I do love bodybuilding. Il keep this phase until I'm pleased with what I've accomplished.
