Sustanon 250 & Anavar Cycle Advice Please :)

Brothersssss.. I'm back with more questions.

How would you run a Sustanon 250 & Anavar cycle?

CYCLE:

Sustanon Week 1-10 @ 500mg/weekly. Pinned Monday morning (250mg) / Thursday evening. (250mg)
Anavar Week 1-7 @ 40mg/ed.

OR

Sustanon Week 1-10 @ 500mg/weekly. Pinned Monday morning (250mg) / Thursday evening. (250mg)
Anavar Week 3-10 @ 40mg/ed.

AI: Recommendation? I have both.

Aromasin 12.5mg ED
or
Arimidex .5mg EOD

PCT:

Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
DAA: 3.1g ED x 4 weeks.

Which would be the recommended way to run these two compounds?

Appreciate any advice and taking the time out to help a brother!

It doesn't matter if you run the Anavar at the beginning or end. If I were you I would bump up the dosage though to at least 50mg/day and split it. You may have to go higher than that depending on how good it is and how you react to it.

You should use Aromasin as your AI. It helps to free up bound testosterone which means there will be more available for your body to use.

The thing with sustanon is that it has different esters in it and imo in order to get better results would go up in mg on sus. Pinning twice a week will fluctuate your levels due to the shorter esters half life and peak of the compound.

The only thing I might add is about the var. I like to start it right off as kind of a kick start. I would probably start out at 50, but I go to 100mg pretty quick.
