That's funny that you mention that because a good buddy of mine was a mechanic and he injected on his lunch break in the bathroom, he was coughing nonstop at work the entire day and he told me it lasted until the following day.. I would imagine it would trigger some sort of secretion and bodily fluids into the lungs and that's probably what the both of you experienced, much like mimicking a respiratory infection due to some instant irritation..
bro i couldnt even talk to noone without coughing. i thought maybe it was due to it being the first time doing a tren shot lol...but that was the only time it ever happend most time i get this harsh burn in my chest that last a few seconds.

when you have no clue what it is, or your first time, it can be nightmarish when you get that burn... just think, they say that is what drowning is like!
