      T3 contest cycle

      Hey guys prep is 24 weeks, would I be better off running it 5 weeks on 3 off whole prep.. Or just use last 10 weeks, or the whole prep? I rather be ahead during this prep.. I am leaning towards the cyclic fashion. Let me know what you all think?

      I don't see a point in cycling it. If it's your first time taking it and not sure how you're body will react to it then I would run it the whole time. That way you give yourself enough time to make adjustments.

      You would run it the whole 24 weeks? Just seems like body would get used to it.. I have run it and seems to stop working after few weeks but maybe its just me. If I was to run 24 weeks what dose? I was gunna cycle and try the whole ramp up/down protocol

      1) T3 is incredibly catabolic read up and study before you run it ( I personally hate t3)
      2) Ramp up and taper down each cycle I wouldn't run it much more then 6 weeks max (thyroid drugs are not to be messed with without knowing what you are doing)
      3) I wouldn't take any thyroid med unless you are either A. Fatass B. Using HGH, which then I say t4 at 100-150mcg is much much more beneficial and safer

      No need to run it at so far away from the comp. Unless you're using slin. If your not using slin then just cleaning up cals and gradually cutting carbs will be enough to drop bodyfat at the start. Only use it when you start to stagnate.

      Yeah I'm leaning towards last 8-10 weeks or so .. Starting very low (25mcg)... And not going above 75mcg.

      Looks good to me. Just make sure to drop it a week out. As it does contribute to flatness. I like to drop it during my carb depletion phase. Best of luck in your comp bro

      You're body produces 25mcg/day so if you only take 25mcg then your shutting yourself down and getting no benefit. I would start out at 50mcg. I have read MANY reports on T3 because I use if also and have not heard of problems associated with its use over 6 weeks - The thyroid is very resilient. There is also no need to ramp up or down, once you start taking it you're thyroid shuts down and won't start back till you stop. The reason I suggest starting now is so you're ahead of the game. If you reach your goal early then stop. T3 is catabolic but as long as you run it with AAS you won't have a problem.

      I am torn between doing it now and getting leaner now than later... Or waiting till the end to run it. Anyone have any more suggestions. Do you think I'd be better off using it now with a higher body fat?
