Very good read! From the looks of it I am under the optimal range for my age at 35. Got my levels done and came in at 488. Makes me feels better about using supplementation :D

I disagree with the above chart on testosterone decline...perhaps I am abnormal, but my sex drive peaked at age 18 or 19, not past 20 as indicated by the chart....and everything I have heard supports my experience.........finally, super info. thanks.
