First ever use if AI...advice welcome.

Just received my estrogenex 2nd gen. I have never used AI in the 12mths of pinning. So just wondering what is best dosage? I am running 50mg of winnie ed at moment for 6 weeks.
In past I have not experienced any real side effects but figure the more cycles i do the more chance.
Past cycles i have just made sure i had time off to equal time on juice. Bloods always good.
Any advice much appreciated.

If you're ONLY using winstrol you don't need an AI since it doesn't aromatize. And the more cycles you do doesn't increase the chance of having estrogen related side effects. Your age, amount of body fat, compounds being used and genetics are what's going to play a role. I don't know estrogenex 2nd generation is but its not an AI of something that you would want to use if you needed one. My advice would be to get one of the three I'm going to list and keep it hand for you're future cycles - Aromasin (first choice), Arimidex (second choice), Letro (third choice).

A lot of people prefer arimidex over aromasin because not only is it cheaper, it is also easier to dose to your bloods
Aromasin is great, it has been shown that aromasin can increase igf-1 levels
If you're doing a cycle that has a lot of testosterone in it and you are really sensitive to the estrogenic side effects, aromasin is the way to go

Cheers for the info sgtanal. Cost isnt a big issue. Id rather pay up and know that I am managing my body best.
Is Aromasin usually pinned or oral (newbie question again....sorry)
