im running 750 deca and test e (ml and 1/2 monday and friday) and i dont feel like im getting the results i should. never tried deca before. my diet hasnt been anything special i guess because im used to eating shit with tren and still gaining. guess i really need to adjust my diet....im gonna add some anadrol later on.

Hey bro, loved some of the advice I got here before so finally decided on deca as I'm pretty lean anyways.
I'm doing 500 EW test E, gonna add 300 of deca to that EW also have Adex.
Been reading a bit about the Adex, some say leave it unless you notice any bloat or sides others say take it at a low dose anyways.
Interested to hear thoughts on this
