Bro I played football since I was grade school through collage. I was on offensive guard, in high school I was 275. after 2 years of college ball I was pushing 290. This was mainly fat and on a 5'10 frame. I did the same thing as your buddy and when football was out of the picture I lost right under 100 lbs in 9 months. The weight came off too fast due to my lack of understanding proper nutrition and excessive cardio. I was faced with a similar issue as your friend the spare tire. How old is this guy? The main reason I believe he has a spare tire look is due to the fact that his skin was stretched out from being extremely over weight. The loose skin is a mother fucker... you can be 10percent bf and look like your 15% The weight will come off with continued diet and exercise. however he may have to eventually deal with the issue of getting rid of the loose skin. I tried an Rx cream that offered minimal help, then there is the option for laser type treatment, then of course the most invasive measure is a tummy tuck. I did the laser treatment and it work well enough.

If he were to run a stim and loose more weight this would shrink the the "spare tire" however it will not get rid of it or the problem. Can he pull his abdominal skin further then normal... almost like is elastic if this the case, continued steady weight loss, while keeping skin healthy (coco butter wouldnt hurt) is his best option.

If he is dead set on running aas the only gear known to increase lipolysis is Primo Depot, and anavar (many believe Var targets abdominal fat and thigh). There is also tren but that should just be out of the question

Yea i think He is 28-29.. If the Gear is a waste no point.. But i tell him you should give it a try as he was wanting to run a cycle down the road anyways.. ISo if there were cycle suggestions that coukd work given his Matter.. Which yes I think its like half fat Half Skin.. And even a little water weight.. It is Loose.. And Light.. Hes says it floats easily in a tub...Lol..
BUT. Only thing i could thig of was a cutting cycle.... But doesnt want to lose any gains and still add qualiry muscle.
I WILL HAVE TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE LASER Option.. I guess He talked to someone about a tummy Tuck and it scared him off, all that was Involved, the Risk, how evasive, and the Cost.. So he was AGAINST THAT or made it seem like it was not an Option.
I will have to say something about Laser chances are he already researched or knows a thing or tow about it.. But Laser to me.. Just sounds like for Mild or minimal cases.. And Wouldnt help with the Skin.. But I dunno.. Thays Up to him.. What does Laser Cost when you had it done.. Thanks Cool that I can Tell him i talked to so eone thst wad in the exact same Situation!

The laser treatment was around $500 but my doc hooked me up since he had a private practice and offered it among other things.

Lipolysis is the breakdown of lipids and involves hydrolysis of triglycerides into glycerol and free fatty acids. In other words the aas compounds that I mentioned will actually burn fat.

I will reccomend those AAS compoubds to him. Im surd He will do his research, and Come up with a Baby/light minimal Cycle looking at the cuttinga compounds. He is smart guy.. IMO opinion because Just NOW he is Seriously Considering taking the ANABOLICS.. to me the oerfect time whrn youve TRIED EVERUTHING TO REACH your Goals.. Have a Decdnt foundation.. and Atvthe Right Age of 28... Only thing was we werent sure about was starting the AAS given the Fat.. But its not a High % hes around 16% supposedly its just All in one spot so.. I had mixed feelings about advising hin to take AAS when you can grab a handful of skin/fat/subcutaneous water or whatecer it is.. But i Suppose the Cut cycle could be a good Intro to Anabolics anyways..

I've had the same issue, got down to 10% and still have that sag in the middle, it's weird as shit cause you can see the abs through it, but just won't firm up, for me it seem to stay around 15% and keep the top big I look my best, I started out around 40% BF
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!
