Hi guys there is A fella at the Gym who was obese wgen he First started coming about 3-4years ago. He has Lost about 100 pounds. 3+ years of Training he worked and works his but off. To get where hes at Now hesays he is About 15% Bodyfat and by the Looks of him 90% of this fat is in his Ab /lovehandle CORE Area.. I know he isnt lying ans saw the transformation myself. He is semi Muscular about 210lbs i think.
BUT HE Cannot Lose the midsection Stubborn Fat after years of Dieting and Exercise etc. He said he Ran PHs Once.
NOW HE feels he has Done almost everything possible to. Lose this stubborn Fat Skin Fupa.. Whatever you call it.. But Cant But at same time NEVER WENT ULTRA CATABOLIC LOW CALORIE intake as he is Trying to buuld and maintain muscle as well.
He ASKS COULD GEAR BENEFIT Him? And If so What? Or Anything Else he maybe able to do to Lose this Stubborn FAT in the midsection.. But Not lose and Muscle hopefully even keep trying to build at same time.
What Would or Could you guys reccomend For HIM?

HE feels Like he needs to turn to the gear as he has Tirelessy worked his But off for all this time and it is about the Only thing he hasnt done besides Surgery.
Hes a good Kid and I dont want him to give up HE HAS DONE ALL THIS WORK AND TIME and still not there physically in the midsection I think Its GENETIC, partly Extra Skin, He is against Surgery..
Anyways i Dont want him to give up after Losing 100Lbs and still trying to build..
Hes Not lying his Upper Body Looks Great but his Midsection "Spare Tire" and Fupa Pouch Ab area Is A Mess, its actually really surprising when you see him take his shirt off.. Boggles My Mind almost.. The Fat Is literally all and Only in the midsection.. Dont know if a Correct Cycle Could Help get him over the hump..?
