Superdrol is an amazing compound. It is by far my favorite oral. Nothing will transform my body like sd does.
The glycogen retention on sd is out of this world. Sd greatly utalizes glycogen. And increases creatine utIlization as well. Leaving you full and dry. The down side is it can be pretty harsh for some. Lethargy and loss of appitite be I g the most common but if you can make it though it it's well worth it.

I think a great stack (obviously with test in their and some onther injectables) would be superdrol and anavar. They would synergize well together. Superdrol greatly utalizes glycogen and var increases creatine synthesis so they should synergize well together for slabbing on some lbm

Consequently, a person could use a considerable amount of creatine every day without wasting it, on the contrary, utilizing it correctly, in turn nutrients would be better utilized or partioned more efficiently, that's because creatine is merely a nutrient transporter. Insert SD, which is supposed to speed up or utilize glycogen at a better rate than most drugs, as a result, "more" carboydrates could be introduced at PRE and POST times, which would make for better workouts and better recovery.

So from what you are staying you could keep carbs the same and not gain fat more so shuttle nutrients and carbs to the right places.?

As long as you can keep the appetite up.. Sounds actually really good for cutting

What dose and duration would a safe run be.. Not advanced just average run

I find that for most people the sweet spot is 20mg ed you could try 10 to be really conservative but 20 seems to be the consensus.also 4 weeks is about as lo g as you'll want or need to go. Sd is a very powerful drug.

And yes you are correct about what I am saying. With the sd/var combo you would be able to consume more creatine without it being wasted and more carbs pre and post work out with out them being wasted either, or getting fat as you put it

Unfortunately there is rarely any good var in Australia so most people avoid it like the plague this guy included.
