Optimim estrogen levels

I hear people say that the symptoms of high estrogen are better than low estrogen. I also hear that it is the ratio of test to estrogen that is most important. Therefore on a cycle with high test one should try to have higher than normal estrogen levels. Is this correct?
Others say get blood work done to see if your estrogen levels are too high. If would be great if we had a target estrogen level for any test level. This would take away a lot of the guess work. It probably is not possible as all people will be different. I guess the best way to judge is to see how you feel and look for any symptoms of high/low estrogen and adjust ai accordingly.
My other question relates to a test/tren cycle and estrogen. Is it best to keep estrogen extra low to avoid prolactin sides? So If I normally take aromasin 12.5mg eod on a trt dose of 250mg test e to keep my estrogen levels in the high normal range and feel great, then should I take 12.5mg ed when taking a cycle of test e 250mg/wk and tren e 200mg/wk? Do estrogen levels need to be lower on a cycle of tren?

I try keep my E levels same all the time....for me anyway and I havet to take 25mg of aromasin for it to work for me....just for me though man

You want to manage your estrogen yes. Yes especially when running 19nor

You don't want E2 levels high,that could lead you to getting gynecomastia and can put you at risk for a stroke,that's why we take a Adex or another Aromatase inhibitor. I don't think there's anyway other than blood work to show what level of E2 you have but if your taking high dosage Test you better take a Ai. DHT derived steroids(anavar,winstrol) and nor-19 (deca,tren) don't aromatic or raise estrogen levels but will raise progesterone.so for your test/tren question,yes continue taking a ai.

I get what you're saying OP. This may be a tangent to others advice but you're right, you still want to maintain a ratio of estrogen. Killing your estrogen can potentially hurt your gains and will significantly kill your sex drive. You want to control it with AIs, as a high test administration will cause E2 levels to rise.

In the case of test/tren, I notice more from prolactin than say estrogen as I run a low test dose with tren. I would keep your ai the same as you would for your trt.
