Hey guys! So I'm doing my first competition in the late spring/early summer and since I used to be a fat guy I need to start my cut at roughly 20 weeks out so I'm working on figuring out what I need to take to get me there.

My first cycle was test cyp that I ran for about 16-20 weeks at 500 mg/week, I also ran trestolone (MENT) for roughly 4 weeks at 50 mg EOD/E3D and then started my PCT for 4 weeks of nolva/clomid.
I made great gains and put on somewhere around 10-15 lbs of solid muscle and doubled my chest and back size which was great.
The trest was absolutely ridiculous when I ran it giving me that grainy look and ridiculous vascularity all throughout the time I ran it, no serious issues with gyno.

So for now I'm running 500 mg sustanon/week to start my ramp up period before shit gets real so far my plan is something like this:
Test prop 50mg EOD 1-20
Tren A starting at 25mg EOD 1-20
Mast ace starting at 25mg EOD 10-20
HGH 1-20 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off increasing dosage as I go but starting at 2 IUs
Adex .25 mg EOD 1-20 increasing as needed
And I have some letro on hand if necessary

For the tren and mast I want to start at 25 mg because of the sides (especially tren) as I work a client facing position and don't want temper/aggression issues to jeopardize my day job... The goal is to get both of them to the 75 mg - 100 mg Mark when cycle is in full swing

Diet:
I'm a classic endomorph and can put on weight extremely easily, but not all of it is good weight unfortunately. I've found that I've had my best results while I'm carb cycling and not counting calories but eating super clean typically my diet will look something like this;
Breakfast - scrambled egg white/egg with broccoli and lean ham
Lunch - chicken breast and veggies (either broccoli & carrots or a medley of green beans, mushrooms, broccoli, onions)
Dinner - chicken breast, eggs & maybe veggies
Dessert - pint of Arctic zero ice cream (any that's low calorie)

I'm planning on doing 1 refeed day a week of complex carbs, mostly brown rice and/or sweet potatoes. Depending on how the cut goes and how intensely I'm training I may do a second refeed day on Wednesday.

Training:
I've followed a typical bro split with great results of one body part a day and aiming to do legs twice a week. No workout is ever the same and sometimes doing volume and other times doing strength. What I've been doing lately is starting off doing compound exercises and going heavy, finishing my work sets and doing one drop set at half the weight I finished at for as many reps as possible, and then going into volume training for more isolated exercises
Example: doing flat dumbbell bench for 100x8 110x8 115x6 120x5 and immediately going into doing 60xfailure
So the split will look something like this:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: legs
Day 4: Rest (cardio) or shoulders
Day 5: arms
Day 6: legs/abs
Day 7: rest (cardio)

Cardio consists of hitting the stairmaster for periods of time usually 20-40 minutes each, and working on controlled intervals. I aim to beat myself each session in the average step count, typically my aim is 90+ steps/minute

Other things:
I do take ******** 30 mg XLR a day and drink a bunch of coffee throughout the day, so I think stimwise I can afford not to take clen to spare my heart from just exploding.
I can't do the 6 meals a day thing because I don't believe in it and I also typically barely have time to take a normal lunch during my workday so it's easier for me to do 3 meals throughout the day as opposed to double that

So critique my cycle bros!
