lol thanks for the feed back I was wondering about that I know after a certain amount of light reps does go into a cardio type workout ,I was just inquiring what peoples thoughts were on this I thought about trying it . I use a wide range of reps at the gym I know you are suppose to keep everything together like 6-8 reps on every set but I found that I respond really well to ascending sets on bench press and I go heavy then descending sets on a press machine burning them out I can usually fry my muscles out on a good day in 35 minutes . I just wanna grow that's all I care about maximizing growth potential.
