I did the first one by myself in the mirror.. barely! Lift one arm and reach across your chest as far as you can and about where your middle finger lands.. about a finger length into your lats.. I was scared of the shot for a while to but I got tired of pushing threw scar tissue.. you don't even feel the needle touch you and it's in.. my favorite place now

So may people recommend it. I need to actually research the anatomy of the muscle and see what the hell is in there tha could be dangerous lol. Veins i dont really care about that much. I just went back to pec injections too and love that area.

I love pec too and hey I use slin pinz for IM no problem at all ......

29g 5/8 bury it in pec until it dimples the hell out of the skin .....

Mine are 5/16. For growth

I use 5/8 on everything really.
