T3 users.
So I know a decent amount about t3. I just wanted to see what you guys here generally run it at.
There are sooooooooo many different ways and beliefs out there.
I've used it before at 25mcg ed for 4 weeks and it wasn't anything special. Thyroid is fine. I used it with 100mcg ed of t4 too.
I'm thinking about throwing t3 in with my prep this time. No specific reasoning. Just happen to have tons of it.
How long do you usually run it?
What dose works best for you?
what taper structure is best for you? If you even taper at all?
I always enjoy seeing what others do or have done. Personally may do 25mcg for 6 weeks, bump to 50mcg for 6 weeks then taper down to 25, then 12.5, then off.

I've tapered up from 25 to 100mcg of t3. I usually taper up rather quickly and taper down very slowly. I haven't used t3 in the past 3 years. I would bump the dosage up 25mcgs a week until I reached the desired dosage. At a dose of 100mcgs I've only run that for 3 weeks. Thyroid recovered fine with slow taper down. At that high of a dose there was literally nothing I could do to stop myself from
losing fat. This was run along with test e at 500 and tren e at 400.

The short blasts seem to be the most common. I never used the stuff above 50mcg myself. Usually my diet is really good.
I was just pondering the 12 Weekes but idk may be too ling. The thyroid is pretty resilient though and if tapering happens correctly I would think it would be fine. I'd have to taper down to the last week of prep anyway.

Your body produced 25mcg naturally so there is no reason to shut your body down for it what it already makes. Ive used it at 50 and 75mcg before and obviously had better results at 75. I don't taper up or down and see no reason to and i take it once a day for about a month because that's generally all Ineed it for when I use it. Besides sweating the only side effect I've gotten were headaches and that was from low iron.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

No need to taper. I have used it up to 125mcg a day and was a bit much. With a good dose of tren and test you can run 100mcg and drop weight quite fast. 75mcg is my sweet spot for cutting. Only down side is it makes you hungry. I get 0 other sides at all. You can run it as long as you want. I had my thyroid checked before use then did a 4 month run at 75mcg ed and the. Had my thyroid checked 1 month after I stopped and was completely back to normal.

Hmmm interesting.
I've heard this same feedback from a lot of people actually.
The gear I'm running would more than compensate for it I think. I just bumped test way up for now. The anabolics won't be an issue.

I may just give it a go at 50mcg ed right now and see how it goes. Maybe bump somewhere in between the 12 week mark.

50mcg you won't have any sides or strength loss. You can actually use that dose to bulk. 75 for cutting. With tren in the mix you can really abuse t3 with out muscle loss just the sides become hard and not worth it. You also become flat and can't get a pump when you train. If you do this takes about 7 days of lowering the dose or stopping it until you fill back out. You seem to have everything in line though so 50-75 and you will like it

At 100mcgs the muscle bellies were extremely flat looking. That was the biggest downside. It was mentally difficult going into the gym and feeling as though the muscles were getting less and less full looking everyday. Lethargy was never a problem for me.
