Arimidex is fine. It is a excellent ai. However it has a superior alternative called aromasin.

Arimidex will damage cholesterol levels.
Aromasin will not.

Aromasin is a type 1 suicidal AI that will actually bind to the enzyme and kill it. Arimidex will not. There is a slight chance of rebound with dex.

Nolvadex is a fucking SERM. Lol its good for pct but on cycle it has been proven to interfere with IGF. This isnt the 1960's anymore. People use real AI's like aromasin and arimidex. Tell your buddy to educate his stupid self.

There's risk with just about any medication you see, have you ever read the warning labels on Ibuprofen? If you did you would never touch the stuff again.. There's been few cases linked to instances where people possessed a genetic disposition, and side effects triggered reactions, but this goes along with 99.9% of medications on the market..

.25 os adex is fine, and tamox in PCT is preferred.. If by chance you have a gyno flareup, you CAN use tamox for it's direct targeting proprieties..Tamox has been around and still used to this day for great reason..It's a wonder drug and serves a purpose...

In lieu of listening to others, conduct your own research...

Did you start your cycle yet, how many cycles have you done, and what is your stats? age/weight

I have done my research that is why I chose adex, then my buddy seen the gear and decided to rant about his thoughts on it...i just wanted to gain some feedback.

This is my third cycle.

Age: 29
Weight: 210
Height: 5' 8

JR is right... Your boy is misinformed! Adex is a great choice for that cycle that your running... .25 eod might not be enough, I usually run it at .5 eod-e3d if I can get away with it... But it's worth a shot to try it at that amount...If you don't get any flare ups and bloating is somewhat controlled, then your golden! Not sure on amounts of gear your running, but I recommend having some Caber on hand just in case you get prolactin issue from the deca... Most likely wont need it, but it's always good to be prepared! Good luck brother!
