This is going to be my 4th cycle. I am going to be doing a 12 week cycle of PSL Test and Tren. Currently I am 240 @ 18% bf and 5'10".
Weeks 1-12

Time is here for my first legit tren cycle. the last cycle I did turned out to be deca instead of tren.....sooooo I'm hoping this will be much better! I blew up like a house on my last cycle, so I have a nice frame to work from now!
I am going to be running PSL tren ace and test prop.
Weeks 1-12
100mg Tren Ace @ 100mg EOD

PCT (2 weeks after last pin)

I will be doing a 2 day split. Upper/Lower. Cardio will be 45 minutes every day either pre or post workout. I will update any changes to this routine as the log ensues. I will update my weight weekly, and my workout logs daily. I will update my measurements bi-weekly, as well as progress pictures.
Monday - Upper
Tuesday - Lower
Wednesday - Upper
Thursday - Lower
Friday - Upper
Saturday - Lower
Sunday - off
Diet - 60P/30C/10F - 3500 Calories daily. I will adjust the caloric intake as needed during the cycle.
GOALS:
1. Reduce bf% as much as possible. Goal % is 10%
2. Reduce weight to ~210
3. Get shredded as fuck!!!!
This is hopefully going to be my last cycle before I compete. I do not think I'll be able to get to stage % from where I am at in 12 weeks. 10% bf is my goal, and from there I will contest prep myself.
As soon as product arrives, It shall begin!!!

Sounds nice man. I'm planning my first tren cycle. Looking almost identical to what you are running, except i was planning on doing 50mg ED of each instead. Will follow along if you have a log for it

I might end up doing 50mg ed of each, to keep my blood levels more steady. It just depends on how annoyed i get with pinning myself.

Good luck brother. Just curious with your routine are you hitting every muscle group at one time or separating the upper into back and chest on different days? Looks like a cool routine, one I have not tried yet.

I do the entire Upper body on day one, and the entire Lower body on day two. I will do two exercises for each muscle group, 4 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise. I typically do my multi joint exercises for my first of the two, and then I pick an isolation movement for my second exercise. I.E. chest press and then DB fly for chest. Then i might do overhead press and then lateral/front raises for shoulders. Then I might do Seated rows and then lat pulldown or pull ups for back. On upper day I always do a set of curls and tri extensions as well, even tho both my biceps and triceps have already got quite the workout.

Gonna have to try that out. Great way to really work all muscle groups several times a week. You use around 60% max on big muscle groups?

Depending on the day, yes. I have a heavy day, a medium day and a light day, so that even while on cycle, i reduce the likelyhood of overtraining. I will usually start out the week medium, so about 60%. Heavy is mid week, so 80-95% max. Light is how i finish the week, and I do 50% max

I can't wait to start. The last time I did a tren cycle, i used a different source, and ended up receiving deca instead of tren. I blew up like a house, and was bloated as fuk! I know psl won't let me down though, they have amazing products.
