      TB500 -- How it works

B 500 is a naturally occurring peptide. It is part of the thymosin family of peptides. Structurally it is unique in that it has a unique binding ability. This is relative in that it binds to certain substances and transports them to areas of injury. TB500 is found throughout the body, in many tissues, but is heavily concentrated in areas of injury.

The first effect of Tb 500 is it reduces inflammation. It does this via 2 mechanisms. It first works to lower inflammatory inducing cytokines. These cytokines induce systemic inflammation. Secondly there is a derivative of TB 500 that actually works to reduce inflammation of white blood cells. The cells responsible for immune system function.

As far as healing there are 2 primary mechanisms that TB 500 utilizes to promote and expedite healing. First it has a direct effect on Actin. Actin is a hair like substance that surrounds cells. It is responsible for the movement, growth and binding of cells. It plays a crucial role in healing. Second it is responsible for the activation of cells known as progenitor cells. These cells are unique in that they can assimilate with different cell types. They also produce protein and growth factors that promote healing.

As you can see TB500 isn’t just some peptide that worked in horses so it will work in our research, it has hard data supporting its effects and the benefits of those effects are often desired in our researching. The goal of this write up was to point those benefits out and support them with solid references.

I am still researching on this and would like to know who has use this and hear their experience, can this be an option for the gym famous elbow "forearm" pain. Can this aid in addressing the tendonitis pain?

Founds some additional information to post:
      Dosage and Usage

TB500 is distributed as a lyophilized powder that should be kept out of the light and in a cool dry place. Reconstitution is done with bacteriostatic water or sodium chloride meant for injection. Doses range from 2-2.5mg twice weekly for 4-6 weeks (some user have reported success in dosing higher up to 8mg a week but how much more effective this is yet to be seen) . Beyond that, one to two monthly injections of 2-2.5mg of TB500 can be further utilized to maintain rapid recovery and flexibility in strained areas. For optimal recovery, a combination of TB500 with MK-2866 (Ostarine) should be used. This combination allows the healing benefits of SARMS and peptides to delivery maximum results.Side Effects

The positive attributes of TB500 include blood vessel and cell differentiation, growth of new blood cells from pre-existing vessels in dermal tissue, decreased inflammation and increase in flexibility. The flu like symptoms or lethargy/head rush associated with most peptides does not seem to be widely reported with TB500. Everybody is different, so always follow the suggested dosing protocols and practice sterile injection techniques. This will cut down on environmental side effects associated with injections.

      How to use TB-500

TB-500 is typically provided as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in vials of 2.0 mg. A convenient amount of sterile or bacteriostatic water will be added, such as 1.0 mL. In the most common dosing protocol, the entire vial is taken at one time. If taking the entire vial, the entire amount will be drawn into a syringe, typically an insulin syringe, and injected. Injection may be subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous, according to personal preference.
The most common dosing protocol is to take 2.0 or 2.5 mg of TB-500 twice per week for four to six weeks, and then reduce to a lower dosing rate such as once or twice per month for maintenance.

There is great information here, its all about research and sharing data. One thing i am big on is posting data like this and then posting the protocol and sharing how it worked for me.

Stay strong brother, I am working on another thread where I will be referencing to this thread plus another...
