Going to start my Test cycle as for my AI I am thinking I don't need to start my AI until maybe after my 2nd or 3rd shot...what r your thoughts

I listen to my body n take as needed...usually sensitive nipples r tell tail for me. When I take regularly my joints hurt.

yep day 1...the test will aromatize right away...exemestane 12.5 mg morning and night, after food.

I would start day 1 also. If you're running your first cycle and it's just test then I would start out using 12.5mg of Aromasin a day.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

I've been following these guys advice since I joined and they will never steer you wrong. I made the mistake of not starting with an ai and I got a small lump by my nipple. Scared the shit out of me. I started on adex and haven't had any issues since. I switched to aromasin for a couple months and had trouble dialing in the correct dosage, started breaking out with back acne real bad. Switched back to adex at .25 mg every three days and seem to have better luck with it. Looking forward to hearing about your cycle. You got a great support system.
