Next Cycle - thoughts?
Ok, I am gearing up for my next cycle which will start on/around 04/13 or 04/17. My goals are increased lean muscle of around 25 lbs. I'm currently 230 lbs and 6 ' 2". I'm looking to eat around 3500 calorie ed and continue my training at a 4 day splt.
1-4 dbol 50 ed.
1-7 test e 500mg, 8-20 750mg ed
4-10 deca 400mg, 11-18 500mg deca
2-18 Hcg, 500 iu twice a week
1-20 Aromasin 12.5 eod
Clomid 150/100/75/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/10/10
Thoughts/suggestions?

3500?!?! Currently on cycle and I'm at 6'3" 230. Before starting I was at 225 and was able to slowly cut to 215 at 3500/day. You're gonna need to bump that way up my friend. Hell, at 4500-5000 I'm having a difficult time getting past 235.

looks decent but yes definitely will need to bump them cals up quite bit!... why not start deca at week one so that its fully in your system by the time you stop the dbol? you will probably be changing that aromasin dosage as you go. have you used deca before?

Yes, I'm refining my meal intake plan before beginning to ensure I have something sustainable.
I was lagging the start of Deca to give the Test a couple weeks front load beforehand
I was wondering about the change in Aromasin as I went along.
Last cycle was several years ago and was much like the one I proposed here except I was listening to a 'friend' instead of good sense so I worked on 'eating clean' instead of a specific, documented meal plan, used no AI's, SERMS, or PCT (bit of a post cycle crash)
last cycle:
1 - 4: 30 mg D-bol @ 10 mg 3/day
1- 18: 500 mg Test E
4 - 18: 500 mg Deca
Of course the knowledge from our good brothers here (and elsewhere) has helped me to become more systematic and wise about what I do with my own body.

good deal, i prefer an easier high/low carb cycle. high carb on lifting days and low carb on non lifting days. whatever your plan is just make it realistic and something that really is sustainable throughout the cycle, pct, and afterwards.
honestly i would say just start the deca and test together. you're kicking it off with dbol anyway, you'll be alright. deca will take slightly longer than the test to "kick in" as well.(longer ester)
as far as the masin goes, on this cycle im sure you will be up to 12.5mg twice a day. AM and PM. and everyone is different you may or may not need some prami or caber. get it to have in case you need it would be my suggestion.
deca shuts ya down hard and i no longer pct. i blast and cruise but when i did pct, it looked similar to what you have there. never went above 100mg for clomid though. shit makes me crazy moody. i also only did hcg towards the end of the cycle leading into pct. maybe someone else can comment on that for ya.

Cycle looks good. The first thing (as you know) is your diet is the most important element and you need more calories. There are 1001 ways up the mountain but a high carb, mod-high protein and mod fat is a good starting point. Your diet should evolve through time so don't just pick a calorie total and stick with it.
Start the deca from day 1. It's a long ester and will take a few weeks to build up. You need to use aromasin ed. Everyone's aromatization sensitivity is different but you should have a fair idea what yours is like. I think on a cycle like yours 6.25-12.5mg ed isd a good starting point. If you need a little more than you can bump it up through the cycle. Too much AI is never a good thing.
Your pct could be improved but it's not that bad since you have the HCG added in there. I assume you are injecting the test and deca twice weekly? If so inject your HCG the night before your aas shots. If you are running test e for 20 weeks then run the HCG up to week 22. Run it during the 2 weeks after your last test shot. Then 5 days later start your pct. You don't need 150mg clomid so just start at 100mg and run it for 5 weeks (100/100/50/50/50). The nolva looks fine and I would run it for 1 week after the clomid such as 40/30/20/20/20/10. I would run the aromasin 2 weeks into your pct too.
All in all a pretty basic and effective cycle. Your diet will dictate your results. Good luck with eveyrthing
Just adding you don't need 500IU HCG twice weekly. 250IU twice weekly is plenty. If you run HCG then you will definitely need 12.5mg aromasin ed imo.
