started 3 weeks ago with
Diet:
2,500cal, 45P/35C/20F until I reach 9% BF, then will increase 500 cals per week and see how it goes. Rather be lean

Will be using Omron Body Fat monitor but only to gauge BF trend

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 40mg
- Test E 300mg
- Proviron 25mg
Notes:
Weight - bloating going away. Upped my caloric intake to 3,500. Constantly hungry
Gear: minor pip. No acne (hopefully will stay this way)
Workout: Pull Strength . Not bad. Switched order and was stronger on lat pull downs and chin ups/pull ups but weaker with curls
I guess the fun is starting!

I'm not sure I understand what you're doing. Are you taking 150mg of NPP/week, 300mg of test/week and 25mg of Proviron/day?
If so you should definitely bump the NPP up to at least 400mg/week and the Proviron up to 50mg/day.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

NPP 150mg every other day
Test e 300 mg twice weekly
Dbol 40mg every day
Proviron 25mg three times a week
Anastrozole .25mg every other day
Hcg 250iu twice weekly

Unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on gear earlier and my cycle started later that I hoped
My goal optimally is twofold : put on 5-10lbs of LBM (at my age can't hope for more ) then cut to 7-8% by end of June
I started cycle 3 weeks ago.
If I end bulk by week 8 I'd be
Over goal by 19.2lbs at 16.4%bf with 5 weeks left in cycle. This would mean also only 12 weeks for cut (5 during cycle 7 off)
You think cutting 1.5lbs/week of fat would be too aggressive?
