I sent my urologist a request to get my E2 levels checked.

She called me today and started freaking out about my testosterone level - calling it "extremely high". My level was only at 1397. That is hardly extremely high, even by their own parameters (300-1000).

I told her they are not extremely high, they are slightly elevated.

Then she asked me what is E2? I just dumbed it down for her and said ESTROGEN. I want it checked. So she said she isn't qualified to deal with estrogen if it's too high but that she will put the order into the lab for me so I can at least get it checked.

What a bunch of fucktards.

Feel your pain man,I always tell my regular doctor I want my estradiol checked cause my urologist won't do it

haha well 50% of doctors do graduate in the bottom half of their class, still called doctors though lol..

ya ive heard some stories about some clueless docs. i've dealt mainly with a mens trt clinic or just ordered bloods online, so i haven't had to deal with much of that thankfully.

my friend went thru same scenario. lol that dr was like wat is e2 aswell. dunno y they play dumb. outa aaaall there patients u really think ur the only guy goin in there askin for this.they cant fool me.

They always tell me if your estrogen is to high then you would be having symptoms of itchy nipples etc lol

thats what the front desk lady said that actually did the injections at the clinic said. although i can see why she would say it(ive had this and took 10mg of masin and gone lol) but not necessarily always true.
