Planning on running a 100mg of var my last 6 weeks of my test cycle, I have 50mg capsules. Should I take all 100 at once or split it twice a day? TIA

This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

one with breakfast and one 30 min before workout

ahh the great debate. legend has it, it is impossible to keep your blood levels stable on orals so it doesnt matter. ive done both, it doesnt matter. but for the best pumps, take it all pre workout.
