      Cycle options

      Whatsup everyone. so i 3 vials of sust, 3 vials of eq, 1 bottle of dbol, 2 bottles of winni, clomid, arimidex, nolvadex and hcg.
      I want to pyramid dose my eq and possibly the sust. This will be a 16 week cycle and second cycle. my goal is to gain lean size. What mgs week 1-16 should i dose my vials at and how should i cycle the rest of it?

      I can't give you much advice on sustanon as I've never used it. There are others on here that have I'm sure.

      You should also let us know what the mg/mL ratio is for each compound you have.

      When you say bottle of dbol, I assume caps or pills. What is the mg per cap/pill? Same for everything else.

      Also, just my two cents...but if you're trying to do lean gains EQ isn't the best for it IMO/IME. Maybe it's time for you to give tren a try? I believe that is a better cutting/lean mass compound. Checkout some threads on tren and the section ANABOLIC STEROID PROFILES section. Read up!

      ....although I will add that it has probably...oh fuck I dunno maybe 75% to do with diet vs 25% to do with the type of compound being ran as to whether or not you get lean gains or a bunch of fat with your gains.

      I'm not trying to contact contradict johndoe but it has more like 100% to.do with diet!

      This is your second cycle and you still don't know what you're doingn-It takes a few cycles before you start to really learn.how your.body responds steroids and you learn how to adjust you diet and especially your macros to really get the gains you're looking for. My suggestion for this cycle would be to get some Test-C or Test-E and run that for 12-16 weeks @ 500mg/week and use the dbol for the first 4 weeks (IMHO Tbol would have been a better choice). As stated above - YOU WILL.GET DRY LEAN GAINS IF YOUR DIET IS RIGHT!!!

      Also, pyramiding up down is an old outdated way of doing.things and.is a waste of gear!!!

      I don't feel contradicted...I just feel that certain compounds have a tendency to bloat you up a bit. For instance, when I run EQ I get a bit water-bloated....and throw in some dbol and I'm a whale. I was being pretty lenient with my 75/25 ratio I suppose. But the point is...GET YOUR DIET IN CHECK NO MATTER WHAT AAS YOU USE!...if you want lean gains that is.

      with sust you will have to run 3x a week. i would pin the EQ with it. im not sure of your MG/ML but with what you have you would need to do a little less than 2ml of each compound once a week to make it 16 weeks. if my math is correct thats .65ml 3x a week for both sust and EQ

      i have never run EQ but from what all i have read is that you want to run 600+ a week. if its dosed at 300 you will be fine and probably ok if its at 250mg but if 200mg i would get another vial

      winni 20 mg, dbol 20 mg, eq 300mg/ml, sust 250 mg/ml. i was told eq will give you quality gains and i bought win to shred in the middle of my cycle. i forgot to mention i also have liquid clen.

      And i was also told that any steroid will get used to your body within 3 weeks, thats why i suggested the pyramid cycle. Idk if i take the same dose throughout the whole cycle or if not.

      no to pyramid cycle you dont want your hormones fluctuating like that. dbol 40mg preworkout first 4 weeks and winny 40mg split twice a day the last 5 weeks. PCT would start around 20 days after last pin but im not sure with sust
