Hey guys thinking about throwing in a small dose of insulin either In the am or post workout. Can anybody tell me if it will change my physique that much.

If you know exactly what ur doing with a post workout dose u will see a body change in a week gotta keep the diet in check and intake high use great with creatine post workout
