      continuing the cycle

      Quick background on me: I have lost 33lbs of fat and gained 9 lbs of lean muscle in the past 3.5 months. I have done my blood work and I legitimately need HRT due to super low test levels so I am not really trying to do a super stack until I have been back at the gym for a longer period of time. I have been on 500mgs of both cypionate and EQ per week during this time. I am about to switch to 500mg of sustanon per week due to some advice from a very knowledgeable brother from this site. My goals are to loose roughly 60 more lbs of fat and continue to gain as much lean muscle as possible.
      My question for ya'll is what would be the best to stack with the sustanon to continue or even elevate my progress? I am primarily focused on fat loss as well as putting on muscle but I am not naive and I understand it's a marathon not a sprint so I am not interested in winstrol or clem at the moment. Once again thank you for the advice.

      Oh and good job on the fat loss brother! That's motivating! I'm currently running 500mg of test e & eq a week and I too am trying to shed some fat...and by some I mean at least 20-30lbs.

      Keep at it and your dedication will continue paying you back tenfold.

      firstly congrats on your results so far. The hardest thing is getting started so hopefully you will stick at it. Tren is really the only steroid that directly burns fat (to any noticeable degree). It will definitely take some time. I am doing a body recomp after some years out of the gym and I am impatient with the results even though they have been pretty darn good. you could consider looking into T3 although you wouldnt really call the results that you get unbelievable. If I was in your position I would use DNP- but that is me. I am not recommending you use it, the only person who decides what goes into there body is you; so you are responsible.

      If you decide to run tren, based on all of my knowledge and research (I have never used it YET myself) I would keep the Test dose no higher than 250mg a week. Low test, moderate-high tren dosing. That can supposedly help with some of the sides such as night sweats and insomnia. Also, get some Caber - from what I've read it can help keep prolactin levels in check and thus you will avoid the infamous Tren-dick (limp dick).

      Run Tren you get sides high or low test it doesn't matter. Everyone's body is different I run it at both though High test sometimes and low sometimes.... Tren Dick is weird to me though because all Tren does is makes me want to hump everything in my way... Yes even a couch if that's the first thing I run into.

      Insomnia no problem , Night sweats no problem, Awesome Dreams Very fun.... Anxiety sucks ass.

      But it's all worth it in the long run because Tren just makes wonderful things happen. I love it and hate it but I always find myself pinning it again...

      Never got tren Dick either but I've never ran it higher than 400mgs a week. Makes me a horn dog also. I do get night sweats and stupid aggressive though. Plus the damn back pumps. But tren does make you feel like an animal in and out of the gym.

      awesome advice, I think I will give the Tren a shot. How many MG/week would be a good starter dose beings I have never ran Tren before?

      Tren E max for you first time I wouldn't go over 400mg. I ran it last time at 200mg and had great results but 400 is the sweet spot for me anyways.
