Deca!
I have been researching deca and I keep finding a lot of conflicting and ambiguous resources.
What is you're experience with deca?
How much to run?
Strength increase or no?
Bloat or no?
Sides or no?
How long does it take to kick in?
As with anything in this sport I know diet will influence these factors the most but what's your experience?

Deca!
I like 500-600 mg each week with a good dose of test. No bloat as long as the ai is in check and the food is clean. We are all different but I get no sides besides great strength gains

Me personally have always loved deca,It just works nicely with my body.
I run around 600mg and with higher test. I have no negative sides as long i keep everything in check as with any compound.
I love the dam stuff!!!

I believe it takes around three weeks to start seeing the deca magic kicking in . I may be wrong but last time I did deca I know it takes a few to really feel it kickin in

I used to love it myself until I discovered NPP lol!! Deca bloated me to much and I started taking NPP and there was a difference...got the same results but without the bloat

You will start to notice after 2-3 weeks. It just makes you feel great too

I agree with this - plus NPP clears your system sooo much quicker than DECA does so if you're not on TRT that's a huge advantage!!!
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

I love Deca so I am going to run NPP and Deca together along with Test PP and Test Cyp together. Going to be interesting.
