1st cycle help
what's up BOP. Getting ready for my 1st cycle. Current stats 25 years old. 5 years training. 5'10" 220 lbs. Body fat 16%. Slight endomorph. Goal: lean gain, can post pics if it helps yall size me up.
Proposed cycle: 600 mg test e for 12 weeks
Arimidex .5 mg eod
Questions:
1) should I run 500 or 600 test for 1st cycle at my size
2) is 12 week too long for first cycle. I want to ensure a strong recovery where I can keep mosy of my gains.
3) considered small dose of winny weeks 6-10 to help lean up towards the end of my cycle. If yes, will I need to alter my adex intake.
4) hcg. Add it on cycle at any point, or save it for pct.
5) Pct. I understand I should start it 2 weeks after my first injection. Nolvadex only do just fine?
6) also should I keep nolvadex on hand during cycle or adex be enough

5ft 10, 220lbs and 16% bf is not an endomorph! You should start another thread and post some pics of your self and ask some of the guys who compete to give you their opinion on what your BF % is. If it's really 16% then you're doing AMAZING and all you need to do is learn how to adjust/fine tune your diet and you'll be a freaking beast naturally!!
But, in the event those stats are not necessarily accurate I'll answer your question. A first cycle (and second and third IMHO) should be Test-E or Test-C @ 500mg/week (split into 2 injections/week) for 12 weeks. Soms people will say run HCG @ 250iu's twice a week for the whole cycle and some will say you only Need to use it the last 4 weeks of the cycle. I don't have an opinion on that. If you're going to use Arimidex (Aromasin is better BTW) start off taking .25mg EOD and if you symptoms of high E2 bump it up to .5mg/EOD and adjust from there. On a testosterone only cycle you can get away with just Nolvadex but you should use Aromasin also!! You should not use Nolvadex on cycle and if you are using an AI and it's doing what it should you wouldn't need anything else!
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

i would start with 500mg
12 weeks is perfect
i would run winny 5 weeks and yes it can help with estrogen
ive never used hcg im on TRT so no experience but hear everyone has an opinion on during or PCT
i think nolvadex would be fine usual 40/20/20/10
always have everything you need for cycle before you start. i usually only take adex when my nipples get puffy. ive read and my experience is that a little higher estrogen you hold water and i am stronger

1st cycle help
Run your hcg from the beginning of the cycle right up to 3 days prior to starting pct. 250 iu 2 x ew. I would run your pct like this nolvadex 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50

Had some guys ifbb pros at the gym. Got their opinion and they seemed to settle on 20% body fat, maybe 21%. I'm thick in my back and legs, but I look dispropertional imo, as I have high insertions on arms (literally forearms, biceps, and effing triceps) overall 17 inch arms, 27 inch quads, and 33 waist
The high inserts amd short muscle bellies kindve give me a blocky look. Why i consider myself an endo. Also have wide clavicles, so I look broad across chest but not very thick. Was gonna build my on cycle workout to include. Chest tri, back bi, rest, legs, arms only, rest, rest, repeat. Arms twice a week. And on other days I'll hit my core lifts bench, squats, deadlift, my finishing my workouts with high volume arms training.
